Love always triumphs
In the relationship between God and humans, love is the connecting energy. If that connection is established, the fact of the unity of all beings becomes a reality. As a result, love triumphs over all forms of anger and other unpleasant emotions. We bring about peace wherever we send love to others. You and I are still alive right now, at this same moment in history, to exhibit love and strength in the midst of a crisis like this.
‘When we talk about love, we aren’t talking about some emotional sensation. Insisting on men loving their oppressors in an emotional way would be absurd[…] When we speak of loving those who are diametrically opposed to us […], we are referring to a love that is described in the Greek word Agape.
Agape does not mean anything emotional or fundamentally affectionate; rather, it means understanding, redeeming kindness for all men, and an overflowing love that asks for nothing in exchange.” …. The Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King
The Way Love Should Be Implemented
“Love is the most powerful of all emotions.” We all know what and who we love, but who and what we love is contingent on how much we love ourselves. The shift, the change, the fall, and the gradual erosion of an ‘unconditional love’ are all signs of a relationship that is only temporary.
The love we have for someone, or something is founded on who and what that person or thing means to us. It is based on what s/he and it provide us with, as well as how we define ourselves as individuals. Some people adore money because it allows them to enjoy their lifestyles and the nicer things in life. When people buy items with little or no consideration for how they will be used, they are engaging in misuse or abuse. The acquisition and expenditure of money takes the role of ‘Agape’ love in this situation. People are used because money is adored.
Money over people
Money becomes the defining element of a person’s identity in connection to oneself, one’s family, one’s friends, and one’s social environment. In addition to being introduced as FRIEND, the individual is introduced as a SOCIAL STATUS.
The bonds of camaraderie break down when there is no money to spend. “Does s/he think I’m a moneybag?” you wonder as resentment creeps in. The subject of past personal loans and favors is brought up, “Remember that twenty bucks I lent you two, three months ago?” Snide remarks are more common, “Thanks for the invitation, but I am too broke to show up.” This is designed to explain the person’s negative moods and attitudes while also excusing their subsequent behaviors no matter how harmful they are as a result of a lack of financial resources.
Love is a timeless emotion
When love shifts or dies, it is because we caused it to do so ourselves. We have it in our hearts. Love is capable of forgiving. It is unable to count since it lacks mathematical knowledge. It has no sense of self-importance, and all it understands is how to forgive others. It Makes Sense out of nonsense. When faced with adversity, love blossoms. It should, for love is the ultimate conqueror. It is unable to function in any other manner.
It is the “ANTIDOTE” to hatred, and it grows in areas where there is a lot of hatred. Love is a giver. It is indestructible. It makes no distinction between expressions of appreciation and expressions of regret; it just provides and forgives.
It is not dependent on the season, the exertion, or the shift in time. Love is the most powerful of all emotions because it does not break, does not bend, and does not allow itself to be manipulated. Not it, but we are the ones who are abusing each other. It is not influenced by the times, it is not reinvented, it is not modified, it is not subjected to anything other than itself.
Love is a universal language
Love is a universal language that knows no boundaries. It is completely indifferent to the distinction between people and things. There is no form of lie that Love does not like telling (Love abides in Truth and Truth belongs to the Light). There is no type of human that Love does not adore. We use love as a justification for our support of wrongdoing and our denial of the person we love.
Rather than using the word love, we should be using the words prejudice, anger, lust, and greed instead. We use the word Love to fool our own hearts and minds. When we do everything in our power to injure our bodies, brains, and souls, we claim to love ourselves. We indulge in all of the pleasures of the flesh, with no self-control, and claim that we love ourselves because “that is why we are having a wonderful time, we are unwinding, we are being human.”
Love is what it is
When we support someone, when we tell them to “have a good time, to unwind, to be human,” we are expressing our love for that person. Love is simply what it is. No matter how hard we laugh, how much we cry, how much we celebrate, or how much we contain ourselves, love it is not dictated by these factors. When these characteristics are lacking, love is not present: patience, kindness, humility, meekness of spirit, fairness, grace, and endurance are all lacking.
It is not love when these are controlled, reinterpreted, or otherwise altered.
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only Light has the ability to do so. Hate cannot drive out hatred; only love has the ability to do so.”
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
“There are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love; and the greatest of them is love.”
A man by the name of Paul
As human beings, we all suffer from the same tragedies, have the same hopes, and have the same capabilities. The Covid-19 outbreak has served as a reminder of how interconnected we all are: what occurs to one person can quickly spread to many others, even those on the other side of the world.
Consequently, it is up to each of us to strive for mental well-being and to consider what we can do to help others, especially those with whom we may never interact or with whom we may disagree. At a time when so many people are suffering, it is only natural to be filled with anxiety and terror. However, genuine Love, as well as the development of peace and clarity of vision can help.
